Our Mission
South Suburban Recovery Group is a disaster relief program that provides assistance to homeowners in south suburban Cook County, Illinois who have been affected by weather-related disasters such as flooding and tornadoes. Our program was established in response to the devastating floods that hit Dolton, IL and the surrounding communities. We are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve and building a more resilient community.

At South Suburban Recovery Group, we believe that every challenge is an opportunity for growth. Our Economic Development initiative helps ensure that those we serve are better prepared to persevere in the unique situations they find themselves in.
Community Support
Empowering Recovery
Through our workplace initiative program, we empower young adults (ages 18-23) to take action providing relief and create positive change. This is one of our key areas of focus and a source of success for our Long Term
Recovery Disaster Relief Organization.

As part of our comprehensive disaster recovery efforts, South Suburban Recovery Group provides essential muck and gut, clean-out, and debris removal services. By clearing damaged materials and debris, we create a safe and stable foundation for rebuilding. These critical first steps help restore dignity and hope to those affected, reinforcing our commitment to recovery, resilience, and renewal in every community we serve.
